Charm Thai International Co., Ltd. would like to present a Thai menu that has long been in the Thai kitchen but has never been manufactured and distributed in large commercial scale, either in the Thai or the global market. The menu is “Lone Tao Jiaw” or “Thai soy curry” which is our international marketing name under the brand “Kab Khaw Tai”. “Thai soy curry” is qualified as both vegetarian and halal food. It is free of any preservatives, color and flavor additives and chemicals. In addition, its main ingredients are soybeans which are alternative sources of protein in place of meat and other benefits to the body. The menu can be consumed with all kinds of fresh vegetables, rice, bread, roti and all kinds of noodle dishes. You can also add meat such as minced pork, shrimp, crab and fish as preferred. It also goes well with fried foods or as dipping sauce for steaks or grilled food. We expect to position “Thai soy curry” as salad dressing for the Eastern cuisine. The product's shelf life is about one year and a half. It is an instant meal and can be consumed immediately after tearing the package. Thus, the product is suitable for vegetarians and meet consumers’ lifestyle in the current COVID-19 crisis (just by tearing the package and pour Thai soy curry into the container and heat in a microwave). Thai soy curry is manufactured in good hygienic factory and modern machinery with GMP and HACCP certification. We are looking for partners in India to market “Thai soy curry” in India. Currently, the product is in the process of applying for Thai and halal food standards and nutrition facts to be printed on the package label.
